In 1993 four business partners, already working hard in their busy carpet cleaning business, recognised a need to provide the Geelong community with a wider range of specialised cleaning and restoration services that weren’t available elsewhere. They wanted to create a 24/7 emergency service with the backing of a strong, well respected brand. They joined Steamatic, an industry leader, and became the first Steamatic franchise in Victoria.

Putting all their energy and dedication into building Steamatic Geelong and the services Geelong needed, Glenn & Cherie Taylor and David & Lisa Vivian, built an industry leading business offering specialised services in water damage, fire restoration, mould remediation, commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, duct cleaning, dry ice cleaning and a huge range of other specialised services.

Steamatic Geelong now employ 35 staff who regularly train to stay up to date on the latest technologies and techniques that are vital in maintaining the expertise and cutting edge services to their ever expanding territory. They are proud to continue serving the Geelong community and now serve communities as far reaching as the Victorian/South Australian border.

In mid 2017 Steamatic Geelong relocated to 7 Essington Street, Grovedale. This is a larger facility than previous and has been purpose built allowing us to keep abreast with the ever changing business demands.
