The directors of Steamatic Geelong are passionate about the city they live in. 

Born and bred in Geelong they have strong personal ties with community and sporting clubs. Their families have grown up here attending school, playing sport and being involved in the community.  In addition to this they believe the people and businesses of Geelong are the reason they are able to function as a business and have been successful for over 20 years………. so when possible they ‘give back’ to our community in forms of sponsorships, services and participation.  The Steamatic logo can be seen on ground fences, in buildings and on various sporting club marketing material.

 

Supercats – Geelong Basketball Team

Steamatic Geelong have been a major sponsor of the Geelong Supercats for many years.  As avid supporters Steamatic hold a box at ‘The Arena’ which is regularly attended by directors, staff and guests.  Until recently the Steamatic Logo was proudly displayed on the court at centre bounce.  Coming into the 2014 season there has been a change in sponsorship and whilst we are no longer centre bounce we proudly support the Supercats Team.

Geelong Football Club – Player of the Year

A sponsorship awarded to acknowledge the expertise, dedication and team commitment of a member of the Geelong Football Club.  This is judged by the KRock commentators – voted on a weekly basis throughout the season.  We congratulate the 2013 winner – Joel Selwood.

Grovedale Cricket & Football Club, St Mary’s Sporting Club and South Barwon Cricket Club

Steamatic Geelong support the attitude and culture that is provided through these local sporting clubs.  Having an environment where people of all ages meet, enjoy company and participate in sport is important in all communities.  To assist these clubs Steamatic Geelong provides select services to the clubs for free.
