Latex cleaning can take as little as 8 to 12 hours depending on the temperature in the area which is being decontaminated. During this time, it absorbs soot, smoke, dirt, stains and pollution. The latex takes on rubber-like properties and can then be peeled off the surface and disposed in normal landfill sites.
